Legislators in Utah want to create a data base for people who drink in public. They want to scan your drivers license and keep the information on drinkers. That is nuts.

Cinco De Mayo

Tequila primer. Tequila like champagne has to be grown in a specific region. It is grown in The Jalisco region of Mexico.

1. Silver/blanco little or no aging
   
2. Gold is silver tequila with caramel for color and flavor
3. Reposado(rested) must be aged at least two months in oak casks
4. Anejo( aged) Must be aged at least twelve months in oak barrels
