Jello Biafra

Have you ever had a song in your head? Somtimes I get names in my head. Over and over again. I knew the name Jello Biafra but I did not know why. It turns out after the Kent State debacle he said "be the media" I love that statement. I want to say he was in the Dead Kenedies but I think I am wrong.
