Black Beans
  1. 16 oz can of black beans
  2. 1/2 red pepper diced
  3. 1/2 onion diced
  4. olive oil
  5. 1/2 cup frozen corn
  6. 1/2 tsp chili powder
  7. 1/2 tsp cumin
  8. 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  9. 1 tsp salt
Saute the onion and pepper until soft. Add the black beans.( I add the juice. If you do not like the juice add some water or vegetable stock) Add the corn and spices cook about ten minutes.
